Ok......

So Justin's sentencing was this morning.....

He got 4-20years on 1 sent. 4-20years on another, and 2-4years on the other charge.

They ran consecutively so he's got a sentence of a min of 4 and a max of 20... with time served..... so hes getting a min of 3 years and 6 months to a max of 20 years.

so yea... that's how it ended up. As much as I'd love to wait for him.... the love o my life. I canno o this forever. I am not going to prison with him.

That's a shame. What has Justin asked you to do? Who know's what your life will be like when he's released. Maybe if it's meant to be, the timing will be right. There is always good behavior.

wow girl. too much time, its best to move on. the really alarming charge was the armed robbery. ya that just fails... and the courts are more than willing to throw the book at you for it. even here in Canada. oh i do have one question, how do they determine the minimum of 3 years ? isn't it like minimum 5 years or something, or is it time spent while waiting for trial ? do they give u a firm number of years or is it always like open ended ? having a firm number makes everything alot easier. like you know 5 years or 10 years, none of this min/max stuff.
