With the winter now past and spring well entrenched it's time to start ramping up for summer fun with Tyler Hollywood and the gang at The Bad Side LIVE!
Last week the show brought back, for the second year in a row, the Bad Side Summer Trivia Challenge and now would like to line up more players for the summer fun. Here's how it will work.
Each week we line up two contestants. Each contestant gets 10 multiple choice, randomly selected questions. Tyler won't even know the questions until we start the game. Each player gets approximately a minute to answer the question. Each question is worth two points. Jonny Patches (the co host) will be there for a life line but contestants can only use him once.
This isn't So You Want to be a Millionaire so there are no 50/50 splits or calling your half sister on Verizon. After ten questions each, the winner of course, is the one with the most points. In the event of a tie, we will have a tie breaker question round. This is where Jonny Patches comes in and gives the players some tough trivia to answer. First with a correct answer wins.
Over the course of the summer (from now until Labor Day) we will keep track of everyone's Patches Points (named in honor of the co host and his former trivia question research) and the player with the most Patches Points will win a Bad Side Booty Prize Package. This package will include a Bad Side T-Shirt, Bad Side ceramic drink coaster and a bonus prize that will be thrown in by the host, Tyler Hollywood.
A contestant is allowed to play twice a month (30 days).
A list of contestants and the running scores will be posted weekly.

The Bad Side goes daily!
My weekly show that takes place on Saturday night has gone daily, fans! That's not the only news. I was asked by Dan and Tony to become a partner in the TalkRadioX station and I am really excited about that. My daily show will be called the Bad Side Power Hour. I'll still be doing interviews, a daily rant, and will be playing new music from new groups! It'll only be an hour long at 11PM EST (8PM Pacific). The daily show is considered a Mix of Music and Musings.
I'll still be on Saturday nights for you fans that like the full Steppin' To The Bad Side deal. Recent additions to that show have included calls from Mohammad the Teddy Bear as well as the return of Johnny Patches on a more consistent basis...now that he was rescued by two South American Rebels and a Canadian from the Scientologists, that is.
First daily show will be the 28th of January and I hope to have a suprise guest announced in the coming days. Glad I could finally catch you all up. Oh, and for those that are wondering how the new business venture is coming, we are now in the loan process stage. Only weeks away!

I think I have said this before. I really gotta post more. There are a few of you that know me pretty well now, either through casual conversations or the radio show, but I was thinking, what about the others? Do they know what I am all about?
I'll give ya the Readers Digest version. I'm a creative writer, an independent thermographer and I am a radio show host. Yeah, I am a lot more than that when you dig deep but I'll let you do the digging. I guess the one that stands out the most here would be radio show host.
See, I host a late night radio show on an Internet radio station called TalkRadioX which is a station that features 24 hour programing of all sorts of talk radio shows. Yes, we even play music from unsigned bands or bands music that is not protected by the RIAA. It's all non profit and all the IJ's (Internet Jockeys) do this for free!
I started in 2002 on FanCast, doing a sports related show. Now, 5 years later, I am a full fledged host with two shows every Saturday. Now, lets cut to the chase. A few months ago (May to be exact) I came up with an idea to combined two of my favorite passions. Suicide Girls and Internet Radio.
"How could I have not seen this before?!"
I asked myself that question on a chilly May night and born from that was a simple remedy. Each month I choose 10 random SG.com girls to have my voters vote on. At the end of the month I try and have that winner on the show. We've even done a Future Suicide Girl of the Month vote for the show and soon we will have that winner on too.
But ya see...I don't want to stop there. I've read many blogs and met several new friends just by being a part of this very site and everyone (thus far) has been very accommodating and friendly. I'll tell ya what, when I saw how gorgeous the girls were and found out how down to earth they were, I was an instant fan. I love pin up girls! What can I say.

Now, this month I was also able to get one of my first random picks (and one of my favorites) to agree to a show! Coming up LIVE this month on the 22nd (09/22/07) will be !Ajilee Suicide! She will be on to talk about her time as a suicide girl, her projects, what she likes and dislikes and to just wrap with Tyler Hollywood and the gang. This girly is excited to do the show and the proof is in the pudding with the promo work she has done on her blog here and her MySpace account!

So...
...I am now 3 for 3 on my interview list. Coming this week, August 11th, I will have Havok Suicide live on Steppin' To The Bad Side! Havok has been a treat to work with thus far in setting up the details of the visit and I look forward to having her on. Havok, by the way, was the winner of the Suicide Girl of the Month Club on the radio show.
Fans voted Havok in as July's winner and now she joins Skully Suicide and Cadence Suicide as a guest on my late night show. We'll be asking her about her time as an SG.com girl and what she has in the works. I can't really consider this my first blog as I dropped you all a note when I had Skully Suicide, live, on my radio show back on June 23rd. It's funny, a whim of an idea took off like a rocket back in May and now I find my show to be at an all time high in ratings, thanks to Skully and most recently,Cadence Suicide !
Let me explain. See, back in 2002 I started a sports fancast show for the wrestling fans. The reason? To live out one of my dreams to be a radio broadcaster. With the eventual invention of Skype I was able to bring my show to a broader base of fans. From that, I was picked up by an Internet Radio Station called TalkRadioX and eventually, I added a second show. One project for this open forum talk show? A contest created (as I mentioned) on a whim. I picked ten random Suicide Girls in May and offered them up to the fans to be voted on. It was just to be for fun and see what kind of feedback we got.
Well, as time went by I realized how big SG.com was and how much of an entertaining place it is to be. I offered up one more idea to the fans. "What if I can get the winner from our contest, live on the show?" It was a resounding "YES" that I do so and well, I did so. My first guest was the winner of the first contest in May, Skully Suicide!
The rest is history, at least with the regular fans. June's winner was Cadence and we had her on July 28th and I gotta tell ya, what a fantastic interview! Cadence was just a treat to have on the show and she really made it fun for the listeners. I was even lucky enough to thank, on the air (which I rarely get to do), her Marine for his service in the armed forces. I was excited to have been able to get that opportunity.
Now, both Skully and Cadence will be back to update us on future sets and to let us know how they are doing. I currently have some mail into July's winner (Havok!) and cross my fingers that I can go three for three. The August project is also getting kicked off. We are calling it "Future Suicidegirl of the Month" and what I have done is chosen 10 random Hopefuls to vote on. A Comment's section will be added to the TalkRadioX forums and all vote tallies and comments will be sent in to SG.com! Our way of Helping a Hopeful. By the way, I should mention I have one of the Hopefuls already lined up to be on the show. Look for another blog on that soon!
