Well, it's done. I went ahead and bought the penthouse suite for the week of Christmas. I have no real intention of ever staying there. This is more of my membership card into the trading hotel club. Because I have the most prime room I'm the most prime time in the highest demand state, I can easily trade for any place I can imagine.

Tomorrow I have an appointment at Ko'olina Marriot to crunch numbers for a timeshare. My plan is to hold on to it for about six years then sell for the profit. With Kapolei quickly becoming the seat of Hawaii government, I believe land prices will soar!

When I was sixteen, I often wondered when I would find a significant other. I estimated that by twenty six, I would be married and settled down. Yet here I am ten years later alone. Am I normal? So far, of the three other mazdas my speed6 has faced only one has fallen! I've lost to another speed6 and even a dinky Mazdaspeed Protege. Only the "great" Rx8 was defeated by speed6. Luckily, ken at Protege Garage is sending me some new more powerful weapons to help with my battle to subdue my Mazda brethren.
