No idea how this account hasn't gone gray.
In other news, still in Haiti.
In other news, still in Haiti.
Elections have gotten a little crazy around here. More details of what we're dealing with on Digging Out Haiti.
Blogging from the banks of the muddy Wishkah, er, I mean, Leogane, Haiti. Digging Out Hait: Mud, and what it holds

Haiti is beginning to see how bad Hurricane Tomas can get. I have details and some photos on my real life blog: Digging Out Haiti.
I figure I'll keep posting here by proxy until my account runs out in December. If you're wondering what I'm really up to, read my real blog: Digging Out Haiti.

I wrote a short blog about the cholera outbreak in Haiti. I don't know any more than what's on the news, but what I know, I put here: http://diggingouthaiti.blogspot.com/2010/10/cholera.html
Haiti's a strange place to check SG from. I am blogging, over at the grandiosely named "Digging Out Haiti." Older blog posts from last Spring in Haiti are on my livejournal.
Haven't been too active here, or anywhere online, for quite a while. The essentially complete lack of privacy in Haiti meant I had no chance to visit SG, and I just spent six weeks working on the Burning Man construction crew again, where there are way better ways to occupy my time than the internet. Plus, I'm going back to Haiti, to work for the same organization in a paid position through the expiration date on this account. So adios, SG. If anyone's wondering about me and further adventures, let me know and I'll send a link to my blog.
