I am fine.... I think I get these low moods for some reason. Doesn't help with both parents being ill, mother with dementia and father with Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration and a brother that doesnt care! I get through though.
I tried meds but got scared of the addiction. I tend to use exercise now and run until I cannot run anymore
