Off work poorly,well not ill,just injured.Opened a door, and bang, one torn trapezius in my right shoulder,means 3 days off lying around bored stiff.
Bummer. I love my job too
Back next Monday I hope if it has healed enough

What job do you do? sounds like you work in a secure unit or similar to me

Another hospital appointment this week coming up,hopefully will be given the all clear for another 6 months.
God its cold outside, I hate the cold,wish it was srping and summer again.
Deciding where to go for my holidays in July ? Cyprus or Gran Canaria,cant decide
