My first character was basically an Assassin that aligned with the Dark Brotherhood. When I grew tired of that, I created an Imperial to advance in the Legion. They've a distinctive Roman feel. I'm a big Italian meatball so I couldn't resist the idea. I almost have him to the rank of Legate. He's basically a sword and board Imperial warrior. He can dual wield weapons as well.

Decimus Aurelius


The Imperials love Decimus. He's helped them take over every fort on the map and extended Imperial influence into every major city. He also destroyed the Dark Brotherhood by himself and put an end to Ulfric Stormcloak.

I need to dig up my copy of the "Gladiator" soundtrack.

I highly recommend creating at least one character to do the faction quests with the Imperials or the Stormcloaks. The large scale battles are a lot of fun, and they're >outdoors<.

It was a refreshing change from crawling around in holes in the ground.

The last name was taken from Marcus Aurelius. I find him to be a rather fascinating historical figure.

EDIT:

I crafted two ebony swords for my warrior. Before the upgrade they were plain ebony swords that did 62 damage for him. I dual wield them.
