The chocolate / bakery shop that I work at is doing quite well! I'm learning more about chocolate and confections more every week. I'm lucky to have a job that I love & that I'm happy with.
Wow! I went to see The Black Keys last night in Charlotte and the show was amazing. The Arctic Monkeys opened up for them and the entire show was awesome. I was about 15 feet from the stage and you couldn't ask for a better view & everyone in the crowd around us were really cool, lots of cute girls too. I got one of the last gig posters for the night and I'm crazy excited about it.
I just found out that the bakery I work at is going to be featured on the local Fox News this week. I'm glad we're getting noticed but damn I don't want to be on tv. I would rather stay in the back ground and work instead of being interviewed.
My new job is going great, already got a huge raise! I'm going to a chocolate school in Chicago in March to learn some new things which is amazing. Chocolate is a fun medium to work with but some days it's a little confusing as to how it acts but still really awesome.

This site has become so lame! I hate the way they choose the Suicide Girls now and it's easy to see that it's all in who you know and not about what the members want. For a website that is redefining beauty it sure fits with the mainstream idea of beauty, girls with no curves and the same look. What happened to the gorgeous girls with curves and awesome tattoos and such?
Today was awesome! I got great tickets to The Black Keys concert in March here in Charlotte. Damn I can't wait!
The new bakery that I'm working at is finally opening on Monday morning & I can't wait. I'm really glad the taste testing is over! I'm so tired of trying desserts and chocolates; I never thought I would be so sick of desserts.
My new job is going great! I'm working at a small bake shop in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. I'm looking forward to learning artisan chocolate making and just learning more bakery skills in general.
I had a really good weekend! My best friend had her daughter Amelia on Saturday and everything went great and they're both doing wonderful.
I also had a little cat come up to me in a parking lot and I had to take him home. His name is Possum! My aunt and uncle wanted him as soon as they seen him. He was starving! I believe some asshole left him in the parking lot, who knows how many brothers and sisters he had. Who could abandon something so cute?
I also carved a few pumpkins too; I've never carved pumpkins before until this year. I have no idea why but I enjoyed it.
