Finding this site as quiet as last time, kinda glad I only went for a month to see if much had changed. So if anyone fancies livening it up a bit feel free! 
32 Today...Yikes! My twin is handicapped so the day is always about him more than me and he has enjoyed himself thoroughly! I am completely dead on my feet and going to bed, alone as always, with an ipad. Not quite how I hoped my life would have panned out. Hey ho.
Another Friday night, another Friday night in. The real downsides of working with your brother in the daytime and spending the rest of your time in a private studio is that you really meet so few people. I have actually become hermetic! But I guess at least I am being productive and working hard, so hopefully some social life will come by later...And I will be more grateful for it!!
Was at a private view for a show i am in at Cultivate gallery in Vyner Street, London. Any Londonites about should go and check the space out and talk to the guy running the gallery (Sean) As he is putting so much on in London and all he wants to do is meet more artists and more creatives and keep pushing and making interesting things happen.
I think I may bombard you (who I don't know...me?!) with some photos I've taken in recent times. Photography is more than a hobby of mine, but less of a career. I have shown photography in art shows but ultimately I don't have enough interest in contemporary photography or the philosophical side to call myself a photographer. I know in today's day and age anyone can assign themselves whatever title they like it seems, but I still believe a degree of expertise is required for someone to claim themselves as a professional.
Anyways...
Not an awful lot more to say right now, dog tired, a bit down but everything is ticking over quite nicely at the moment. Also completely love this song at the moment:

What a day. 12 hours of travel, walking, art talk, more walking. My sofa has never felt so good!
The show went very well And made it to jasper joffe's exhibition and the royal academy summer exhibition so a good day fuelled by coffee aplenty. I am tempted to try a Starbucks crawl across London and get wired off my tits next time!

At the opening of the next show my work is in tomorrow at cultivate gallery, Vyner street in London. Anyone who is in London should go check out the space if they can. There are some great shows on and it's fantastic to see artists making something happen in an area they started and were largely pushed out of by commercial galleries coming in and hiking the prices up.
Should you be in the area from around 6pm the opening night is open to all and should be great. :-) x

This painting is currently causing me a few headaches. I'm not sure what it does, or where it belongs. there is something about it I like but ultimately I think it is a sideline.

In exciting news I have a set of threes paintings going on display in the Cultivate gallery in Vyner Street in our great capital in a week or so. I will post a good set of work up on here later when I get a moment.

Well. It has been a while since I have been on this site, but I fancied another go so here I am.
Things are good and busy as always. Painting, new town, graduated uni, working, family etc. Every minute is pretty much taken care of.
I will try to keep this nice and updated and put new work up as it comes, and also to meet some new shiny people to shake things up a little. Being locked away at work in the day and in the studio in the evening is not particularly conducive to meeting other human beings! This will have to do for now.
