I am currently sitting at my desk scanning in hundreds of dinosaur cards, then splitting the scans and saving them!!

Thought I might spend a few minutes and write something a little more substantial, all these one word updates won't win me many friends!
I've not been up to much unfortunately since I was last on here. Uni finished for the year and I moved back home and have been working solidly since. Partly with my brother helping with his collectables store - If you are in the market for such things please go to The card Cellar and have a browse!! It's going very well, though sorting the stock and uploading images all day is mind numbing!!
I have also been working at my old department for the lovely local government - It's a great pay rate so I can't complain, and I like the majority of my old team so i's nice to see their faces again. It's actually quite nice to be back in an environment that I am respected!
Unfortunately I have been under a little black cloud since coming back and have had to resort to the docs and their lovely medicines to try and help me out a bit. I always said I wouldn't go down the medication route but I had to try something. My stomach decided to stop doing it's job properly which was good of it! Things are on the mend now, not great...but certainly better. If I can push off from here I'm hoping I can really put things back on track in the next few months and remember what it's like to be a (fairly!) young guy with options and a future.
I have turned my mind back to paintings and am planning more large black and white nudes - the next one is going to be this...
This is just a very rough prep sketch, one thing uni has taught me is to use small scales to look at things and get used to the forms in a piece, see where the weakness is and go forward from there. I like it, the bathtub will be in much more detail in the final.
I've been enjoying quite a few films in my evenings of late -
Hot Rod - disappointing
Paranoid Park - pretty decent
Sunshine - I like, but am not sure on the ending
Closer - Loved it
Hellboy 2 - hmmm, not such a fan
The squid and the whale - i liked it, but i now hate jeff daniels!
the wrestler - fantastico!
I am now about to watch "Thank you for Smoking".....So on that note.....

Seriously, who hasn't disagreed with a person in their lifetime...get the fuck over it. Perhaps having some serious issues to deal with in the real world might stop you pissing your pants every time someone doesnt think you are cool enough!! When I first joined this place I had a genuine feeling of the spirit this site was about, people were friendly, open and engaging....No more.
I must stress there are some fucking cool guys on here though that are not the target of my rant!
Don't even start me on the "rules" for the SG UK group - There probably are a lot of UK people who are totally decent, fun, interesting and genuine on this site who maybe are a little above purposefully trying to find the right cocks to suck just to be "allowed" to come and play!! Get over it - To come to something like SG and then slam the door behind you??? Bell ends!!

Yet another thoroughly shit day, I really don't know what I'm doing with uni anymore. I swear it is actually sucking all the interest in making work out of me - the last course I did enthused more than anything has in a long time, now I can't think of any ideas and whatever I touch turns to shit as the frustration I feel all the time comes out.
