Starting this weekend I'm going to begin the transformation of the patio to a tiki oasis.
Going to do nets with fake fish first.
Put out my bar.
Already have the torches and tiki lights out.
I will post pics when I'm done.
They live..... Max and Little Girl returned.
The other night I heard the coyotes and a cat scream.... guess a neighbors cat was the victim instead.
My little ones must have been so traumatised for them not to return for so long.
Today is a very sad day.
Little Girl and Max have gone to kitty heaven.
They got out last night and were killed by coyotes.
I feel so sick to my stomach. I really loved these little ones.
Max and I were especially close.
He was the cutest and coolest cat.
Luckily, we were able to get Bunny and Jacob, who also got out.
Went to the Tiki Oasis V in Palm Springs. Had a blast.
The Tiki Oasis is a yearly event put on by the TikiNews.
There was a lot of great music, tropical drinks, burlesque, and tiki merchandise.
In other words, paradise for a tiki freak like me.
Now I'm inspired to transform my patio to a tiki bar. In my old place in Los Angeles I had one now it is time for the IE place to have one too.
