I kick scholastic ass.

The semester is done, with A's all around, and at the end of spring I'll have all my prereqs done for getting into most medical type operations that I'm interested in, with RN my current most likely goal. UNC Chapel Hill is my first choice, but it's a competitive process, so I'll be applying to other schools in the area. The semester went by quickly, but these days the years really race by. Price of getting old, really.

The romantic front has nothing new. Current crush object is firmly ensconced in friend status, and there are no interesting persons about to even consider right now. Maybe next semester...

Christmas plans? None, really. The parents are in two states out west with their spouses, my Damn Fool of a brother is still in Alaska, and local friends will be busy with their families. But this is why I have books, TiVo, Netflix, a computer and sundry other means of entertainment. It's not up to snogging lovelies, but it'll do, eh? Party at New Years, at least, and that will be a good time.

Got a champagne you like? Let me know! I usually enjoy Pierre Moncuit and Diebolt-Vallois Fleur de Passion, but am always open to a new brand of bubbly. Cheers,

Thats awesome that you're goin for the RN, that was my goal straight outta HS, I made it to the Nursing assistant stage and decided that it wasnt for me because of all the physical work behind it (I have a really bad back). My mother has been an RN for over 20 yrs and just had to have back surgery because of what it has done to her physically.

I would be doing the EXACT same thing if I didnt have a son on xmas, Im not into holidays for any other reason but for him. And abt the question thing ... I figure why the HELL would I even talk to someone if I didnt want to know them? lol. I love ppl. I want to know whats in their heads!
