Clutch were fucking cool. Totally fucking cool. Seeing rdpixie brightened up my year somewhat, along with some new friends. Old ones too, I met a very old friend (From here in Exeter, who now lives somewhere in London) seemingly at random outside the venue. I am now the proud owner of a kick ass new Clutch hoody and the new Bakerton Group CD. So I'm happy with how that went.

Now I have The Atomic Bitchwax with mark_plus_beer and Vortext, barbiferous adventures with Hermes planned, and lets not forget Monster Magnet, I'm hoping to see a lot more of you too, should conditions permit.

I'm sure many of you probably want to know what the hell I have been doing to be away for so long. Not much is the short answer. I'd do the long answer, but it's probably end up sounding all emo and stuff, and none of us want that.

Everyone's all excited about this whole snow business. I will admit to quite enjoying watching the populace of London descend into anarchy. So now I'm sat at the nerd cave, and have an extra day off tomorrow. Score.

The weekend went well. At least as far as my memory serves. There are a few holes, but I believe I was ok. Apologies to anyone who may know any different. It was great to see old and new people.

Some of you may have seen it. I grew a beard. It was a good beard. It had to go though (Flu + Beard = Horror). I'm getting pressure to grow it back. I'm contemplating it. It was delightfully Redneck.



You know that things have been dull when something like that is news.

I may be getting some form of cabin fever. Roll on London.

I have to admit that I'm a man of polar opposites.

I've just finished a night shift, and have been awake since 3pm yesterday. I won't be going to bed until gone midnight because of this and that.

Which is why I like to stockpile sleep.
