How did you avoid the hangover? I always get them now, even after just a glass of wine - runnish. Although a lady at the Boots counter told me to take rehydration tablets after a night out before bed, and more in the morning - apparenlty it really works. I'm so going to try it.

I've been tempted the last few years to enter the l'etape du tour which is a fully supported mountain stage of the tour de france. Doubt I'll ever get around to doing it though.

thank you for the well wishes, i appreciate it. Doc says i have to take things easy for a few months. And yeah, the other stuff does take longer to get over, but hopefully I'll be over her soon. i don't want to wallow in misery like i used to, i want to get out and find someone better for me.
As for doing magic in pubs to impress chicks, yeah that is possible, I met Jen by reading her palm...I just need the right situations to meet women, then I'll do ok.
