I think I have to side with Great Escape mostly because of why the chase scene occurs. I think that's what puts it over the top. You know, if he was just running from some silly thugs or something, it would be different. But they just busted out of a prison camp and he's being chased by Nazis....way cooler.

Off the record though, there is no better chase scene than Blues Brothers.
