So, first post since March I believe! I have finished (other than a few distance subjects) my Uni degree.
As a matter of fact I am sitting at a pub having a beer to celebrate my seemingly good interview a Production Support Assistant at Movie Network at St Leonards. I have to wait until the 14th to find out though...So I'll keep y'all posted! I am actually at The Townie in Newtown where I first met a fellow SG, that man being the awesomely knowledgeable Platypus! Whom I hope is going rad! Soon to hopefully join for some more drinks when I'm up here.

Once again in the land of Sydney, this time to see my girl and go see some live DJ-ness in the form of Future Music Festival....I have the distinct feeling I am going to feel a little out of place, seeing as my entire festival catalogue is chronicled by Metal festivals
Either way it should be rad.....and on the subject of rad, it is super rad to be back at uni doing what I love! Totally have relapsed into my drug of choice at this moment, filming and creating! Even though many of my friends who I started with have graduated, the guys I get to hang with now are just as awesome!

A while since a proper update (seeing as the last one was me whingeing about flood waters in Wagga of all places and now my situation hardly even makes a blip compared to those in QLD) so thought I should chuck one in,
just in case anyone whatsoever is losing sleep over what I'm doing.
My last few weeks (other than Chrissie, New Years and girlfriend visiting) have basically revolved around work and writing scripts which are beginning to see an end.....well the scripts, the work will be there till death. So am looking forward to my debut Producing/Directing role, even if it is in the confines of University....which on such note am super fucking excited to be going back after a year off to work my financial shit out.
Otherwise I saw Darkest Hour (in Wagga of all places again) in a big local metalfest, which was such a rad day even if marred slightly by the hangover that inevitably comes with the now weekly: "Tequila Wednesdays" (which is basically Tequila shot once every half hour....all day), which reminds me it is now Wednesday, so I shall be canning the scripts and heading to that deliciously burning brown liquid very soon!

Well I'm back!......Back to the world of Wagga Wagga Wagga etc.
Had an amazing time in Newtown (or Melbournetown, Sydney) just chillin out, checking out the lay of the land and generally enjoying the experience. This was of course well helped by Newtown's best tour guide/beer nazi PlatyPuz giving me about the most comprehensive visitor's center-esque itnerary short of.....going to a visitor's center.
In saying this though, many of the delights I was informed of I didnt end up at (Black Cherry would've been amazing!!!) but at least I have a basis to work with next time I am in the area.....which if all goes to plan will be between Xmas and New Years, so I'll be on the hunt for beers again.
Anyhow.....now I sit in my room, looking out at the super overcast day, just waiting for the call for us to have to pack and evacuate, like half of Wagga before us. Supposedly Thursday we are gonna cop the downpour and that will be when we have to hoof it out of here. Will get photos soon.

Well I have taken this week off to go and hang in the lovely and always eye-candy providing stretts of Sydney's Newtown. So far also I am having a great time even if very little is happening.
