In recent news:
I am back in Chicago (have been since monday) due to the passing of SpidersAndArrows mother. Despite the circumstances, its nice being home. I leave to go back to san fran on monday.
but before then.....IM GOING TO A CUBS GAME!!!!! my dad is awesome and found a pair of tickets from a guy at work to sundays game. im super excited as I have missed Wrigley very very much. Oh and they are playing the SF Giants.
I am in desperate need of money. because of vacation and this week trip home, i have not been working for a total of 3 weeks for the past month. I NEED MONEY FOR RENT!! i literally have a couple hundred dollars to my name. le sigh.
maybe ill try to sell some clothes either to a resale shop or even on here?? i dont really want to make blogs about selling stuff to you guys, but some neat things i have, some shops just wont buy for whatever reason. so be on the lookout for some clothes, maybe?
i bought some books from Barnes and Noble: The Time Machine/The Invisible Man, Walden/Civil Disobedience, and Metamorphosis/other stories. yaya for some good readings! I also still havent finished Cat's Cradle and The Bell Jar. i best get on that. OH OH and my Vampire Encyclopedia book.
so i think the next few weeks will consist of reading and working.

went to Giants/Cubs game today. cubs lost 
im going again tomorrow though yay. and there will be fireworks!
i dont have to work all holiday weekend!!!! yayayayaya.
now that SpidersAndArrows is all moved out of our old apartment im definitely less stressed out.
i have no work tomorrow and plan to clean and buy/read some comics!
My vacation home was really nice. i missed my sister alot.
DisneyWorld was so much fun!!!!! it was STAR WARS weekends which was awesome. it was adorable to see little kids become honorary padawans. hehe. and i of course rode the Peter Pan ride, this time by myself. i seriously love it. makes me so happy. hopefully i'll post some pics in an album soon so be on the lookout!!!
i dont think i'll be living in san francisco when im finished with school here. i'll either move back to chicago, where i can go to a cubs game whenever i want!, or do some traveling before i head to grad school. i really would like to do the latter. i think some traveling on my own would be really good for me.

it feels so amazing to be at home. i've really missed it. my sister will be home from work soon and i hope to have a fun sister slumber party and watch a movie. tomorrow we are gonna go shopping.

soooo. i moved into my new apartment for the summer. right now i am freezing cold and wish i had slippers or my fuzzy socks. im eating a yummy avocado and cheese quesadilla. nummy.
i have to buy some napkins for myself i guess? the gals here are pretty cool and eco-friendly. we compost, make sure to turn off the lights when leaving the room and such. and i guess most of em are against using napkins. i can understand this, but im messy!! i think i shall buy us some nice cloth ones to use.
the one gal Cate's room is connected to mine. so shes going to be walking through my room to get to hers. shouldnt be too bad? i'll just have to let her know if ima be needin some privacy.
all in all i think it'll be fun living here for at least the summer.
in other news, i finally had my seatpost cut down and i think i can reach the pedals now. im still quite nervous to ride my bike around though. i havent really ridden a bike in years. im going to be all wobbly. also, as i posted in my last blog, my friend's friend died when he got hit by a semi while he was on his bike. this just makes me all the more nervous. i'll get out there soon though. maybe go out when theres less traffic.
tonight i think im gonna just sit around on the computer, maybe read a few comics, do some logic puzzles, and try to write, cuz im cool like dat.
whoa, just now i got this weird, but good feeling from whatever song my roomie Liz is playing. i need to listen to more folky type music. it makes me feel good, keeps me calm, and lets me think and feel inspired. though it can make me cry too.
OH OH OH!!! and how could i forget!!! so i guess MC Hammer came into my work the other day. I OF COURSE WAS NOT WORKING!!!! GRRRRRRR. he saw that people were thinking it was indeed him, and so guess what he did?!?!?! HE BROKE OUT INTO DANCE!!! god im SO PISSED i missed that.
and with that i leave you with a few more pics of me being all "look at me im cute"
