Confession: I ♥ photobooths

I helped organize some girls for a Pillow fight at a Scion event recently. It was hilarious to say the least. Here is some photographic evidence of that night:

The next day Annika and I took a drive down to LA to visit friends. We stayed with the lovely Sawa and I proceeded to drink way too much and spent an entire day on her couch the next day.

We did manage to have some fun though. The first thing we did when we arrived was to go to a summercamp party in a parking lot in downtown LA. Who knew astroturf and Colt 45 could be so much fun?

I am going to the Ohio adventure at the end of August so I'll have lots more pictures to share. Can't wait to see some of my long lost SG buddies again.

I had a fabulous 4th, I did nothing and it was everything I hoped it could be. The 5th was even better though, I went over to my hubby's boss' house and swam in the pool and drank beer. I can never get enough of that place, he has made it into paradise in his back yard. In case you're wondering it's where I shot CJ's set as well as a couple of other things. Hey, go check out my first (accepted) photoshoot I ever did for SG. It ended up in member review because it was shot so long ago and never put up. This was done in the days when SG liked their sets to be heavily photoshopped so forgive my heavy retouching hand but I think Hera looks really great in this one.

We had a booth at Live 105's BFD festival here in the bay area and I want to thank Jaylin, Annika and Satine for coming out and helping as well as kcaHack for organizing the whole thing for me. Here are some photos of us in the booth:

Finally, go give some love to new SG Bentley on her set going up and another hot set of Shayna. Love those girls and thanks to Kavika who keeps letting me shoot naked chicks at his awesome house. So far I've shot 9 sets there and there is endless spots for more sets so he is much appreciated for that. Fluff's most recent set was also shot there so you can see how beautiful the place is.

Hope your week is going well. Come and visit me at Kennedy's on Mondays during the day or Wed. & Thurs. evenings. It's a pretty fun place to hang out, drink $2 Guinness and eat delicious Indian food.

I got a new job! I have been trying to find a part time gig that will fill in some gaps, money-wise until my photography business takes off and I think Bartending is the perfect way to do that. I will be working Mondays during the day at Kennedy's in San Francisco. This is a pretty cool place, it's an Irish Pub and Indian restaurant with really great food. If you're in the neighborhood you should stop by. I don't know what the rest of my shifts will be yet but I hear Monday's are pretty slow so you guys all need to come and make it busy.

I'm also going to have a booth at BFD 08 on June 7th to promote the next Suicide Party. We will be selling prints of girls I've shot as well as handing out flyers for the party. If you're coming to BFD stop by and say hi. I'll have announcements for the next party in the coming week. It's going to be huge this time, I'm getting excited.

In photography news I've been shooting a lot more fashion these days. I will be updating my website soon with some new pictures. I have been so bad about updating that thing.

Yay my new set is up in member review! This thing took me over a month to prep and GlennSweet and I had a fun day shooting in San Francisco as well as some other shots that were taken in my studio at various times. I hope you all enjoy it:

Pinup Fashion Magazine


This is a combination of my love of fashion imagery and my crazy ideas (or lack of inhibitions). This was indeed shot in downtown SF, in Chinatown no less on a busy Sunday morning. I loved shooting and putting together this set. It really feels like a good representation of me. Plus you can see all my new tattoos! The right sleeve is still in progress by Mr_Reliable.

Not much else going on around here. I have a few more hot sets to prep but I may be taking a break from the SG photography thing for a while. I need to get a job to earn some money and concentrate on other stuff. Summer is here and there are lots of trips to take and parties to go to so I will try to stay off the internet so much (I know I say that all the time). Hopefully I can accomplish that.

I am planning another SG sponsored party in San Francisco, probably in July. More details to come but watch out for that one!

Thank you guys for all the birthday wishes. I had a pretty fun night. We went to a tiki bar/restaurant in San Francisco and then went to see strippers. Nobody seemed to enjoy it as much as me though. Might have been all the rum drinks but I had the best lap dance ever! Cute girl, I gave her my card. Maybe we'll have a new SG out of the deal, haha. I'm such a networker.

Couple of new cute sets coming out in the hopefuls. Cheyenne's is up now and watch for Sheila and Rosaleigh to have sets go up in the next few days.

I'm trying to play hookie from here lately but I keep getting drawn back. Post some links to funny stuff so I don't get sucked into the SG drama!

OK, time for an actual update I suppose. The craziness of SG Party is behind me and on to new projects. Thanks to all of you who commented on some of my rejected sets lately, now we have a new SG Cort and new sets by Thistle, Quinne and Annika.

Speaking of Annika, I always love to include new photos of her in my blog because we are continually working on stuff together. These were two of my favorites from our last shoot:




I also got more work done on my sleeve by Mr_Reliable. I don't have any pictures yet but I did do some extra special photos yesterday so more to come on that. That's right, if all goes well you may be seeing a new set of my naked ass! Geez it's been a long time. Over two years since I shot that set with Mr. Steve Prue. I do look a bit different as you can see in my profile picture and if you've seen any photos of me elsewhere you can see that I have gotten myself quite a bit more heavily tattooed. I've been holding off doing a set (well, mostly because I've been busy) because I wanted my sleeves to be done for my next one. That is not quite the case but I got inspired one day walking through SF. That's all I'll say for now but keep in mind it's taking me over a month to photoshop and two shoots to accomplish so far.

I am loving my studio. I have shot there a bunch of times already and always with great results. It's so much easier in a controlled environment like that to shoot fashion and it's nice to have a place to call my own. I just wish I could shoot SG sets there but they don't really like the seamless backdrop sets too much. I guess it's all about the model when it's a seamless and not a lot of amateur models can pull it off. You gotta have your poses down! There is one SG I've been dying to shoot who just had a set go up. That girl could do anything and make it hot...




Summer is coming and I can feel it in the air already. I have beautiful wisteria growing in my back yard and everything smells so good. I really need to get out and take more pictures of nature. I get holed up in my little cubby here looking at this little box and don't enjoy what I need to be doing. That's why I've been a little quiet around here. I'm trying to break myself of that habit. I wish I had some photos to post here but I don't and that makes me sad. Instead I'll post a photo from Dang's set that I shot in my back yard last year where you can see the wisteria hanging above...


Tomorrow is a chihuahua dog walk in Marin where I live. I am super excited about this! I love lots of little dogs together, it makes me very happy to see. I will be sure to take lots of pictures of that. I am a proud chi mommy. See...



My mom is visiting and she just came with me to the studio to shoot Rosaleigh. It's fun to have mom around and it was funny to see Rosaleigh's reaction that my mom was cool with what I do. Of course she didn't stick around for the shoot but she saw the pictures when she came back after. She's a proud mom for sure. She didn't look too closely at the nudes but by the time she got to the end of the set she said "oh I get it!" which was quite cute. The set came out really adorable too so keep your eyes out for that in the coming weeks.

Well, it's officially too beautiful outside for me to be in here typing this right now so off I go on some adventures. Hopefully I'll be able to resist coming back on the computer so next time I'll have some more recent photos to post. I've been a bad photographer.

Well the party went off like crazy! Thank you all for coming out, sorry if I didn't stop to chat with most of you but I was running around like a mad woman the whole night. Next time I will schedule myself 5 minutes to take a break and enjoy it. This may very well be an ongoing monthly party so stay tuned for details of that.

It was really awesome to have Zoli staying at my place and we managed to squeeze in a set in all the mayhem. Look for that in the coming weeks. It won't be going up in the hopefuls though so I must wait a bit to submit it. That girl IS teh hotness. Even the straight girls were lusting after her. All that and she's super down to earth and very professional.
