i feel ya, i have done that so many times, i either accidentally hit a wrong key and it jumps back a page or mistakenly click a whole new webpage without thinking
i made a habit of copying all my writing multiple times while writing it out...then before posting, my net used to crash sometimes just as i posted...and poof..gone
