I stole this idea from many of the food network shows. Iron Chef, Top Chef, Chopped, Ace of Cakes, 30 Min Meals, etc.
Would you be interested in attending or participating in a Cooking Challenge? (Location: Philadelphia, PA)
Very similar to Iron Chef, but with hints of Chopped and the creativity of some other shows.
I love the idea of a Secret Ingredient, No more than 4 courses in 1 hour cook time.
3 Judges Scoring:10 for Overall Taste / 5 for Plating / 5 for Originality and use of secret ingedient.
This challenge would be set up into teams of 2-3 people.
If this sounds fun please let me know. I am presently searching for a location to have this (Large Kitchen area / 2 seperate cooking areas) Dining Area for max 40 persons

Well im back home from North Carolina, big thank yous to kriss and not_tom for having us (and the dogs) yet again. Was a blast as always, got to see the always so wonderful and very beautiful SouthernBelle, yeah she got a man but i still got the hots for her.
The Infamous game night at schiavona and K_rex was something else. Phase 10....er i mean Phase 5. The bad news was that its nealy impossible to finish the game in one sitting. unless however there are Midori Margarita's overflowing. Suprise visit from pavlovsdog nice seeing ya. Cant forget about TheFox was very nice to see you again. Even though you didnt eat my meat.
What can i say...everyone else loved my apps and snacks i made for kriss 's 23rd B-day party.
With the help of Food Network i made :
**Cornbread mini pancakes w/ ricotta cheese and honey with seedless green grape on top.
**Crostini with granny apple smith slivers and gouda cheese, djion mustard and prosiutto (cant spell)
and what seems to be a crowd favorite
**Cherry tomatoes filled with homemade guacamole and a leaf of cilantro.
**Thai chicken lettuce wraps, sorta stole idea from PF Changs, still very yummy.
I had a awsome weekend, and its been a while. Good friends, good food, good beer, good wine, good GOD no nudity? j/k
