Running should be against the law. It's a horrible thing to do and isn't fun at all. Having said that, I'll continue to run because the "MAN" says I have to. How about someone coming up with a virtual work out program. Put on some virtual reality glasses and go for a five mile run. I'm down for that, versus the real thing.
For some reason, my blog always reads as the day before. Does anyone know how to change your SG profile time? Monday wasn't bad, although a 3 mile run in the rain at 0650 was a shitty way to start the day. Oh well, over all not bad. My buddy's bachlor party was crazy this weekend. Good times had by all, espicially by the bachlor who had a sweet date for the night. Unfortunately, my shop is running out of single people who can get married. 
Time for the age old tradition of the bachlor party.. Guys drinkin', girls dancing and loades of singles thrown on a stage should be a fun night
