I just found out that a new friend of mine is into Video games, Japanese movies, electronic music, and bondage. Oh yeah.. and SHE is cute. I feel bad mojo coming my way.

I'm trying to figure out what works best for a night spot/event center. A fantastic friend of mine made these... with a small amount of help from me. Any comments? likes.. dislikes.. changes?

So, I think it's time. I'm pretty sure that I want a tattoo now. I figured out what I think I want. Any suggestions on who to go to for a simple text tattoo? 4 words.
So.. I think it's been a few weeks since I had a chance to update.. oops. I've been busy. REALLY REALLY busy.
For the few people that were at my birthday they might remember that I was asked to help open up a night club. As the story goes I got down to work and started organizing things for the club, getting DJ's, promoting the first night.. all this was supposed to be paid for by someone else, I was just going to get a small percentage. Half way through the month, after I've started promoting, and all that the guy who brought me into the project had to bail out. (well..he couldn't get bailed out actually..he's still in jail) So the project fell on my lap... it was either go for it, or drop it.
Since getting a night club (or any business) dropped in your lap is an opportunity I figured I had best run with it. It's been a month of ups and downs, short notice, fast talking, and late night art development (on short notice) THANK YOU MsPurple !! Friday we have our opening event, followed by a Saturday night club night.
I honestly wish I had about $20,000 to throw into this... I could really make it work. As it stands I'm going in with a shoestring budget...but I'm doing it. Look for my place in Thursdays Leader Post, and look for me in the Leader Post on Oct 23. [I'm all for doing things NOW, but really.. does it all have to happen RIGHT NOW?]
Oh yeah.. and I've been doing all this planning in and around the 30 straight days of work... no days off except for a quick run home to see that cousin I mentioned in the last journal.
