Falling sea of white
Surrounding...empowering
Sweeping...rushing...blowing...blinding
Covered like the ground
Filtered by the white
I see everything, but not really
For today is far too windy
Could I come out unhindered?
Is it possible to not be affected?
Shivers run down my spine
The warmth that I've neglected
Leaves me like my own intention
To comply, I have not, I left unmentioned
So now the white is all I see
Over-powered by it's ferocity
Never ending with no solution
Can't defend this great intrusion
So on my back I fall...giving into
This great white blanket, of what I should do
As the frozen flakes kiss my face
I surrender to its endless grace...
