Been wanting to write a blog for the longest but I dont really know what to say.Ive never really been one to give deep detail on my day to day life...but lets have a try...

So,Ive been sick for the last few days.Which has put a major bump in my work out schedule that I was JUST starting to fall into.Really sucks to try and start up a new/healthy habit only to have it rudely interrupted by something out of your control :/ I was hoping Id be over it by now but I woke up this morning feeling worse than I had the day before.

Hopefully this will all be over soon and I can go back to feeling decent.You always forget how nice it is to just feel OK untill you get sick and then its like "Oh,so this is what shit feels like.I remember now"
