This morning a famous news caster said that the most frustrating thing about the situation with Katrina is that there is no way to help. WTF. You make more than 500k a year, rent a fucking chopper and fly down some water and medical supplies fucker. Take a vacation and go help the aid workers. Do something! Cant do anything my ass.

I feel so guilty that I am not on my way down there. I called the red cross and they said that, since i am not "well" that they do not want me, I am tempted to lie. Sigh. I hope I am doing enough. But all of us can always do more.

Add to the fact that the US is spending billions of dollars to maintain their occupation in Iraq but haven't been able to do jack here at home! Doesn't make any sense at all.

Zion-I just played a show here with De La Soul about two weeks ago. When I saw that you had Zion-I in your favorite bands list I had the same reaction you had when you found out I was into them.
Thank you for sharing your list of artist that you are feeling. I haven't really heard of them but am eager to listen to them. I'm in the dark i guess.
In terms of taste of music, I'm everywhere. One minute I'm into Hip-Hop and the next it's punk rock. I guess it's a reflection of my mood.
This recent incident of Katrina reminds me of what happend when the Tsunami hit. While other countries were able to donate millions the US donated the least amount of money and were almost last to do anything! They can focus a tremendous amount of energy fighting the war on terror but can even ensure the safety of people impacted by a natural disaster?
