I had a dream last night where I was talking to edward norton about the history of all of my friendships. It was a very long and painful discussion. At the end we were talking about the fact that even the most normal of all my friends are severely fucked up in some way. I said to him "i told my self that I would only be friends with self-actualized people from now on, but I know that I wont find any self-actualized friends until I change something vital about myself." fuck.

What a wild dream! Very surreal.

Actually, EVERYbody is severely fucked up in some way. As a useful exercise in futility, try(without using a dictionary) explaining "normal."

If anyone isn't fucked up, I have never been in her/his presence.

I ahd a really good point by pont commentary on your "idea of fun" entry but my sausage fingers somehow deleted it and I'm not up for redoing it at this point.

I'm supposed to play a whoricane benefit tonight but am unsure where.frown

I think it's in Inverness, Florida.

Anyway, I loved your ramblings and will likely recomment on them after the show.

We need people like you here. You remind me a bit of me (actually, that should scare you - I'm the one that put the "fun" in "dysfunctional."blackeyed

But I have fun doing it.wink

My night did ago very well (just posted the complete set list). It was a bit of a challenge since the bands that were supposed to show didn't and it was up to me and a few female singers that were kind enough to help me out.

I always find myself in situations where I have to pull dozens of songs out of various of my body cavities and play for 5 or more hours when I am scheduled to play for about one hour.

Then I had to ride a Harley back in the middle of the night half asleep. And work 11 hours today.

My friend Angel was good enough to come through with a van for my equipment. It's 20 bucks just to get a cab to come to my house and it would have been at LEAST 75 bucks to get a cab to take me to the show (45 minute drive), so I had to find a ride for my gear.

It I think wee made at least a couple grand - just a drop in the bucket - wish I was rich so I could do more to help the folks over there.frown

Sorry your night wasn't so good. At least you got to see some good bands. Where did you see all these bands?

That sounds like some deep thoughts found a way into your dreams...
Loved your description of the Bass guitar. That sounded like poetry to me. That was my first instrument that I picked up.

I just got off work a little while ago. My work schedule is not all that great. I usually have trouble going to sleep around this time. The messed up thing is that I have to get up @ 7 to go to school. frown
So it's sounds like your a fellow musician. What type of sounds to you create out of the Bass or music do you play?
