Exactly one week to go until i am taking part in a charity football game, one that is going to be very heated, i have to seriously jack up my fitness campaign this week, but i do not think i have done enough!

Its a rest day today and weather seems ok in Glasgow, think i might check out the merchant city festival to waste some time, i hate sundays!
