I have been struggling to eat more lately due to summative testing on my course. But I will adapt and overcome and some how squeeze six meals a day in. Lost 2 kg this week which is shit but im sure i can put it on again but i will Have to eat alot to put that back on.

Start having protein shakes as snacks in between meals. It'll bulk you up if you aren't working out

I know, its just work is so hectic at the moment you dont think about eating or bringing food up to the work area for the day. But I will stock up next time.
