Hey good to hear from ya. Yeah im still out here. Turns out the plan to make some more money and moved back to San Diego fell through, so I decided to take advantage of the market and get a house, plus the house i was renting was gonna go into foreclosure. Got a pretty good deal on a foreclosure.
