Hello SG, and boy did I see one hell of a show last night! I went to Roseland Ballroom in NYC and I saw the mighty Meshuggah tear it up like I've never seen it before! There was fear that Jens Kidman would not sing due to his illness (he didn't sing with the band for the entire week), but he showed up and gave his best! It was killer! The opening bands Intronaut and Animals As Leaders were also great. What made it all worthwhile was sitting in the VIP area while watching the show!
Hello. Let's see. Um, oh yeah. I apologize. My memory is fried and scrambled. It's a combination of Winter and Life attempting to give me the 'ol one-two knockout punch. But that won't happen. I'm a Spartan III.
I don't know if I have mentioned this to you all before, but I am officially in a band called S.A. Adams. I play bass guitar. We are currently in rehearsals and are stamping out our setlists for shows. The start of something exciting indeed!
I also have a new dog. He's a two year old Min Pin who I named Troy. I already have a Long Haired Chihuahua named Atticus, and they both get along suprisingly well.
As for shows upcoming, I will be seeing Soilwork (and meeting the band again!), then Coal Chamber with Sevendust and Lacuna Coil, Garbage, and then The Deftones. Fun fun fun!
I'm happy for all of this busy work, but what sucks is that there is no downtime really. Sometimes I miss relaxing, doing nothing, and playing video games. I've been dying to master Halo 4. I haven't even begun to play Black Ops II yet either lol. I suppose you can't have your cake and eat it too.
Gotta fly. Have to walk the pooches.
