Hey SG loves!

So at my work we started a weight loss competition, its only between like 4 peeps, but the losers buy the winner the dinner/drinks at the restaurant of the winners choosing! I don't really care about being the winner, but I love the motivation of winning to get my ass into gear so I can be a sexy beast again! Winning is just icing on the cake~ The motivation of the competition is what I want, its so hard for me to get motivated on my own, no one to work out with or against...so this competition is awesome! It ends June 30th. SO!!!!!!!! Does anyone have any work out tricks tips, regimes, diet recipes? Any work out routines, any thing anything? I really love this competition because its friendly and my main goal is to lose weight, even if I don't win. So please send me your love and tips and tricks and encouragement !

Hello everyone! How are you? I miss you! Work has been great. Been hectic for the last almost 2 months, training, and then running the kitchen myself, but I've got it down, now I've managed to run the kitchen alone for about 3 weeks on my shifts, and its been pretty good Miss talking to everyone on SG, I will be on here more now that I have days off Watching Kitchen Nightmares, Amy's Baking Company in Scottsdale, Arizona is being profiled. Its a stones throw away from my place....If you have seen this episode you'll know, this bitch CRAZY. I want to go and eat there, they're still open apparently. Need to get a group together to go!

Day two of work, also day two of working out. Trying to start working out consistently so I figured I would start doing it the same day I started my new job. Did 10 miles yesterday and did 10 miles today. Hope I can keep the momentum! Thanks for all the love and support yesterday my dear SG friends! It really makes a big difference : D

Hooray for me, I am once again an employed member of society! I'm a chef again!! Finally putting my culinary degree to use again. I'll be working at an upscale assisted living facility. I'm so excited and happy. This hasn't been the best year for family. My dad lost his job in February, then I lost my crappy ass job at the dry cleaners (Didn't really care but that's one less income) and my mom had her hours cut from 30 to 15 hours. Hopefully this is the start of better things to come for my family. My boyfriend graduates welding school in May. My new job is full time with all the benefits including paid vacation! So maybe this year I'll get to make it back out to LA and Santa Monica <3

I hate being discriminated for having tattoos. But I would rather work for someone that allows me to be me than to adhere to strict corporate or store policies. However, its looking more and more like I will have to wear long sleeve shirts or blouses, even during the AZ summer. Guess having tattoos makes you enemy of the state. At least where I am
