Brokencyde
May actually be the worst thing ever. It makes me want to puke out of my ears if I could. Its that bad.
Its so bad I'm not even going to link this shit. If you people want to subject yourself to this, then by all means go for it. But this is something that can't be undone.
Heed the warning from Uncle Glen kids and just don't.

Drinking yourself into a coma...
Is OK, provided that you do not spending the entire next day retching up bile.
I would like to thank all those who accompanied me on my self-poisoning incident.

Two wins in a row.
This doesn't usually happen. Especially if I'm not playing particularly well. More info later, one such as myself has work tomorrow.

There's no way out man!
Its like Perth is sinking its hooks into me once again as every time I'm free to flee, something (or in this case some things) happens which causes me to rethink.
I mean its not like its a bad place here.
And I don't actively hate it at all. There's heaps of good stuff going on, like the dawn service on ANZAC day. Did anyone else go? Great ceremony again, and I'd like to think the soldiers past and present appreciate the effort as much as I appreciate the work they do and have done for my country.
We also get a few gigs here and there, Karnivool are back on tour with a new album.
Back to the initial topic, which is basically what's causing me to hang round Perth some more. In the space of a month three of my favourite people have arrived here. Two have come home and the third is starting a new adventure on the West Side, which I hope does her well. Lets face it folks, use Perthians, we're a laid back bunch but we rock out.
My best mate has come home and she's brought a new family with her. After 3 years in the US its great to have her back and her new baby as well. I know because of that the dynamic has changed, but I still love her to bits.
Lastly an old friend has finished up her round the world holiday and tonight she rocked up to my floorball game. I play with her sister so that's not such an odd thing, but since seeing her I've been a bit giddy. Kinda think I might have a bit of a crush on this one.
In other news, sport is awesome, and being the master sportsman that I am I have injuries to show for it. Behold the first bruise of season 2009:

It's a lot more purple now, the above picture was taken just after the game on Sunday night. It hurts a bit too at the moment, but it'll go all yellow and purple and will just look awesome. Who needs tattoos for colour right?
Peace out folks!
P.S. How do you shrinkify pics?
P.P.S. Never mind, I'm a motherfucking internet ninja!
Edit again:

Yeah, check that purple sucker out! (technology is awesome, bluetooth is almost as good as indian food, but not quite)

Oh fuckit

*Hope they don't mind me stealing their image.
I am in the mood for bad puns.

I've not been around much lately.
And you know what? I'm totally not sorry about it at all. To those of you who read my random musings, I love both of you. To those that don't, then, well that's kind of a moot point really.
Happenings:
- Hockey pre-season. Its getting harder every year that I get older.
- Work. iiNet bought Westnet and are assimilating us. Much is changing.
- Floorball. Monday nights. I am a goal scoring machine.
- The girl.
I totally love the fact that the AFL are using a DKM song as a promo. Its a great pep tune regardless of its relevance.
I think Michael Bay, over time is attempting to destroy my childhood.
If they screw up Deadpool in the new Wolverine flick I'm going to be reather annoyed.
George R.R. Martin is a bitchin' fantasy writer. I need to drink less pints so I can buy more books.
Lent is coming to a close again. I've been rather good this year, but come Sunday I think a certain person will be on the biggest sugar high ever.
Ciao mateys
