We're off to Ohio in August! We're going to the Havana night on August 28th and we're gonna hang out for a few days and go swimming and drink beer and be debaucherous and shit. So far it's me, Andresta, Jaeci, and one other SG, still waiting on conformations. It's basically the only vacation I'll be getting this summer so I'm being a huge geek about it and I'm really excited.

I have a couple sets going up tomorrow, it's cool that they were shot during the same afternoon at the same apartment. Tra-la.

The Lady-Cycle Bike Gang had it's first ever bonfire... and we invited boys! Yes, we did. But just this once. It was a blast!

On Saturday night before I went out, I was drinking beer and photoshopping (you know, whatever) and I smelled something weird, like chemicals burning or something. It turns out a wire in my computer was frying! OMG SCARY. So I opened my computer and took everything apart and it turns out it was just my power supply, which is replaceable... but shit. It's time for a new computer. I've had this one for 5 years so it's had a good run. I just want to buy a new tower, and I can't afford anything really expensive like a Mac. Can anyone recommend a good system for like $500?




The Ecko shoot on Friday went really well. It was actually kinda boring, just a bunch of product shots. They paid me a buttload of money though, so I'm not complaining. Makes it easy to buy a new computer.

It's my birthday on Saturday! 27. I'm officially in my late 20's. Still can't wear high-heels. Oh well.

I'm shooting an ad for Ecko on Friday. Big fucking deal! I'm nervous and excited.

I think my cat pissed somewhere in my apartment while I was out of town a couple weeks ago. I know for sure he peed on my bedroom floor, but I cleaned that up... now sometimes I get this waft of pee-smell. It's gross and kind of embarrassing.


Anyway, last night I was out at a watering hole and some dude approached us from the comedy club next door and asked us if we wanted to come see a free show. So we went, and it was fucking incredible! My cheeks were hurting from laughing so hard.

On Saturday night I had a few friends over for pre-drinks. We put stuff on my cat:

I was sitting on a table at the Fringe Festival on Saturday with my friend Miriam and the table just COLLAPSED from under us. Beer went flying. People pointed and gasped. So embarrassing. Now I'm stuck with this horrific bruise for the next 2 weeks and I can't wear shorts without people stopping me on the street to ask if my boyfriend beats me.

Dudes, it was literally 38 degrees when we shot this set. My equipment actually overheating in the middle! I freaked out. I was so sweaty and gross and cranky. We're submitting this set for the Sexiest Summer set contest for the month of June.

Toronto was insane. It was close to 40 degrees all weekend (that's 110+ for you yankees) and it was SO AWESOME lugging 60lbs worth of equipment all over the city in that kind of heat. Really, really fun.

Enough complaining! Sorry. I met my new niece and she's... a baby. Whatever. 3 weeks old, babies still look kinda weird at that age. I held her and it was cute and scary, I had an urge to just squeeze her really hard. I'm awful. I should haven't children for a long, long time.

The Gala was pretty fun, I got loaded but not too loaded and left late but not too late. A success all around. I didn't win the door prize (damn you, Lydia!) but whatever, at least I won the Ipod last year.

I'll be holed up in my apartment for the rest of the week prepping the 7 sets I shot over the weekend. I will be smelly and wearing the same pyjamas til Thursday, probably. It will be grand.

Do you want to know how stupid I am? I tried to download the season finale of Lost from Limewire and ended up getting a virus that violently ass-raped my computer. Hurray!

Thankfully, nothing was lost but I had to reformat. It was scary for a while there. Limewire is the devil.





On Thursday a bunch of my teenage friends came over and we drank wine and farted around in the studio.

Going to Toronto tomorrow! The Gala is on Saturday and I have my little dress all picked out and it's so cute and sweet and it was designed by Yvonne! She's awesome.

I'm going to see Indiana Jones tonight. I love a cheesy action flick. Actually, Indiana Jones holds a special place in my heart. Temple of Doom is one of the first movies I can remember watching when I was a little kid. It scared the shit out of me. Remember when the guy pulls the other guy's heart right out of his chest?! What the fuck?! Why did my parents let me watch that? Idiots. Anyway, that's what I'm doing tonight. I hope it's as awesome as I expect it to be. Also, Harrison Ford is sexy as fuck. I'd let him put it in my bum.

Kali has a new set up! Kali - Blue Dog Motel. This set was shot at a local dive bar where I spent many nights of my early 20's. I participated far too many debaucherous activities in the bathroom, too many to list. So did Kali although she'll never admit it. It closed down last year only to reopen this spring as a fancy-pants club. I wish I could take credit for the set decoration but it was pretty much exactly like that when we showed up to shoot.

I'm going to HOOTERS tonight! I'm balls out excited. They just opened one about 30 minutes from Montreal so me and my idiot friends are going to eat gross chicken wings and gawk at some trashy French Canadian boobs. Awesome.

It's my friend Carlos's birthday (as IF we actually needed an excuse to go to Hooters, but whatever) and I hope he has a good time. It doesn't take much to entertain him, see?







Sofia has a new set up in member review! This set was especially awesome to shoot cause Sofia picked me up AND dropped me off (I love car rides!) and her hot friend made us a delicious vegan supper.
