You know some theraflu & a humidifier I think you should take some Vitamin C & some bad ass chicken soup helps too. Boost up your resistance.

i assume you know the normal soup, oj, and vitamin c routine.

but taking zinc is also really good for colds. as is echinacea. if you dont mind tea, drink either some kind of herbal blend or green. regular black tea won't really help at all.

now you give me some painkillers for the crazy amount of pain i'm in after having a root canal.
