The worst thing about being an electrician is having to spend your days off doing electrical work in your own house. Just spent the best part of 3 hours wiring in mains powered smoke alarms to the kitchen, hall, 1st floor landing and the attic conversion. Working on your own house not financially rewarding but I do have some slight peace of mind now, and boy when 4 smoke alarms go off together the whole street is gunna know about it.

The house I have been working in today (and for the rest of the week) has nothing in it that is newer than the early 70's. No seriously it's like a freaking time warp.

Just dont seem to get the time at the mo. It seems that I am working my wotsits off at work then coming home to stacks of DIY. Still we have finished two rooms now the kitchen and the Dinning room, only the rest of the house to go.

You never know my fellow Bristolians I may even come out next month !!! Its my birthday on 19th Apr, I cant really not do something for that.

I knew it had been a while since ive been on but bugger me. I just read my last entry and even I was shocked.

I have a new job paying the going rate for my skills and experteeze.

Bristol Rugby are top of the premiership.

The back room is nearly finished (weve been decorating and updating).

Life is good.....

So I passed my exam and got a pay rise !!! Only a small one but a rise is a rise. I am thinking of leaving tho owing to my boss being a proffessional knob cheese and the fact that I can get upto £4 per hour more for doing exactly the same job elsewhere. Thing is I have gotten comfortable where I am and they are cool with the piercings n tatts and other companies may not be. Decisions decisions.

I am off to Twickenham on Saturday to see the Middlesex Sevens rugby tournament. I am really looking forward to it as Despite my rugby obsession I have not been to Twickers before.

Ho hum thats about all I can think of...

Why can't I think of anything to say ?

Things have happened recently like seeing THE WHO with TheDuke how amazing was that? Alsos seeing My Ruin in the bar of the Bristol Academy - The Bar ? jeez what a shite venue. The academy is fairly big and so they relegate the gorgeous Miss B the the 'kin poxy bar... I ask you they were amazing none the less.

It's been such a long time since I've been on here i am having trouble navigating the new look site.

I'm meant to be studing for my electrical regulations exam which is this evening but am taking a break for an hour as my head is spinning and it's soo hot.

we have a new cat, yes another one. Our oldest had to be put to sleep as she had massive liver problems . RIP Moog you will be sorely missed.
