Last night, I went to Ty Law's Launch in Warwick.
OH. MY. GOD. So much damned fun just jumping on a huge surface of connected trampolines for an hour.
Sometimes, I forget how big my boobs have gotten, though, and I compressed my spine by jumping a little too high and having my boobs pull up and then down so hard. But, totally worth the 14 bucks to get a big ass workout and have fun throwing yourself at the walls and on the floor. Lots of little kids, because there were like two parties on a Friday, but Monday-Thursday 8-9 is dead, I heard from the shoe kid. One giant trampoline fun area, a second trampoline area for dodgeball, a little kids trampoline area, and a trampoline and foam pit area. So rad!

Next time you plan on going out there, tell in advance so I can remind you to wear a sports bra. 
And thanks for the nice words on my father. He is actually doing a lot better. Thank you
