Lol....sinus infections are horrible and nothing ever has helped me other than over-dose'n on vitamin C pills. Vit. C will kick any virus or bacteria in record time. No kidding, like wipe out half of its generating time. Anyone I ever ever told this to, whether a common cold, flu, or sinusitis has always said "no way..." and later said "wow no kidding!! Thank you!." Lol...try several pure vit. c pills a day. feel better after 1.5-2.

unfortunatly i know them way too well antibiotics definatly help!!!! but if you are not one for medicine apple cider vinigar helps.. im not sure why but it does and to help w/ the congestion mix eucalyptus and peppermint tea.
