My consistently stable computer went kaput after one tiny registry edit and is now giving me authentication issues. As such, I'm done trying to bypass the issue with the majesty of piracy and I'm opting to throw money at the problem. Fed Ex overnight goooooo

I'm only making a new entry about this because mere seconds ago I found it randomly on Youtube when searching for "Michael McDonald Counselor". I never thought I'd witness this magic again...

I challenge anyone to find a better description of a TV show/film that's as unintentionally brilliant as this wiki entry for Airwolf. I've bolded the brilliance.

"The series's protagonist is Stringfellow Hawke (played by Jan-Michael Vincent), a loner who lives in a cabin in the mountains, only accompanied by his Bluetick Coonhound, "Tet", and the surrounding wildlife. Hawke is a recluse, spending most of his time alone with his priceless collection of paintings, and serenading eagles with his equally priceless Stradivarius cello. His only real friend and mentor is the older, eternally cheerful Dominic Santini (Ernest Borgnine).

Earlier, Hawke was a testpilot for Airwolf, an advanced supersonic helicopter with stealth capabilities and a formidable arsenal. Hawke is called upon by a man code named Archangel - the leader of "the F.I.R.M." that built Airwolf - to steal Airwolf back from her twisted creator, Doctor Charles Henry Moffet, who had taken her to Libya.

Hawke, with Santini, finds the aircraft, but does not return it. Instead, they hide it, booby trapped, in an extinct volcano (the Lair) in the remote "Valley of the Gods" (visually modeled on Monument Valley) and occasionally fly it to carry out undercover missions for Uncle Sam, in exchange for assistance from the Firm in locating Hawke's lost brother, Saint John Hawke (Sin Jin), missing in action since the Vietnam War."

Edit - My brother and sis were visiting for some Rock Band fun while I helped them with their taxes and I made an accidentalolcat.

Despite the damned celebrities, this managed to strip me of my cynicism.

(Hey Shepard, a limited print run of only 350? Really? Could have raised a lot more money for the campaign there, buddy. Oh, and to the people currently eBaying the Progress version of this print and not giving the proceeds to his campaign; I mean this in the nicest way possible when I say this, I hope your mothers get face cancer. Cheers)

- How the holy hell have I not updated since April? Is it the site? Is it work? Is it your FACE? Maybe I'll douche it up a bit and start microblogging via my iPhone with presumptuously brief posts detailing my barely contained rage from balsamic vinegar lacking portabello mushrooms atop my freshly crafted organic panini. I will try to find solace in the fact that my gourmet meal was subsidized my work and I only had a walk a few hundred feet into our private cafeteria to enjoy it before parting with a mere $4 for an unfairly flawless meal.

- Speaking of work; we relocated to a secret new campus in what was just recently deemed one of (if not the) safest city in the world. No it is not called Stepford but the women roaming the town tend to eerily resemble those well manicured robutts. Tomorrow I begin running in our private gym tomorrow. Fuckin' hell, I haven't consistently run in over a year.

- BLACK GUYS HAVE THE BIGGEST CAUCASES! Iowa just kicked my fucking head in tonight because they were apparently the victim of some civic minded mad scientist and by the virtue of his evil genius we were temporarily granted access to BIZARO Iowa. A wonderful new state that actually "voted" on a black man for president of these United States. Reminded me of a rare emotional update of mine from back in Nov '04 when Bush was tragically thrust back up the worlds already hemorrhaging ass. Clark/Obama '08 Indeed. One out of two ain't bad.

- I have a massive murder boner for this site / trendy bar.

- The Kings are back and I'll never admit how jealous I am of their new beards.
Dear SG, fix your shit so this Youtube video can be embedded. Cheers.
