I hope everyone enjoyed the Halloween Haunt last night! I unfortunately couldn't go becuase of work. Sigh...this job is killing me in a most slow and exruciating way. Thanksgiving orders were crazy and I had to organize them all. Went off without a hitch really but a very stressful day.

Anyways...

_LouLou_ lent me a couple books and I'm now reading Blindness by Jose Saramago. It's a very intersting book, not only by the content but how it's written. The only forms of punctuation are comma's and periods, that's it. It's written as if you couldn't differentiate between speach and content on a page. It's quite interesting to be sure. And no character names either. Quite refreshing and new.

Just watched "At the table with... Jaques Pepin" . He's a very funny man. In the credits he was asked what he would like his last meal would be and he answered, "I would like to my last meal to be very long, maybe a couple years." LOL!!!

Sorry I've been so reclusive lately. Feeling a bit down, especially today, and yet I don't know why. Sigh.

Trying to figure out a way to get to Wonderland on Saturday for the Halloween Haunt. There use to be a Greyhound that went directly there, but not now. POOP! I'm trying to figure out GO buses to get there. Anyone have any ideas? Or I could go somewhere and someone could pick me up and we can all go on our happy way to Wonderland?? LOL

And my boss wouldn't let me take the day off because we've been short staffed on weekends lately so I'll have to be heading out after work and I don't know when that will be. However Saturday's have been rather slow lately and I've been getting off early, so we'll see.

Work is the suck. I't actually killing me I think. My body hurts more and more everyday and I have no time to heal because I work so much (and for so little pay I might add).

So, I went on the SG East Roller Skating event. AWESOME!!!! LOL

Only a handful of people showed but it was still awesome!

I stayed at _LouLou_'s place Saturday night. We walked around the bookstore at Square One a bit and talked, then we went back to her place and watched Euro Trip which I have never seen but I fell asleep so I didn't see the end.

So then Kekelyn picked us up and we went to lunch at Boston Pizza where LouLou had a beer the size of her head, lol!

Unfortunately I forgot my camera in the car and didn't remember until I had the skates on, so everone has pictures of the event and you can see them at there blogs.

So, I'm really busy today and I'm sorry for not getting around to reading everyone's blog and responding like I usually do on Sunday's. I'm trying to write an essay which I've been putting off. But I made peanut butter cookies so that makes things a little better.

SG ROller skating in another week. SO EXCITING!!! That means I may be staying over at _LouLou_'s. ALSO VERY EXCITING!!!

So I called Dell and apparently my computer is still under warranty (I know! Awesome!), and they sent me a new cord for my computer NEXT DAY! AWESOME! So everything's cool now.

In other news ariel_love and I have been hanging out YAY!!! She's so sweet and fun to talk to! Gonna be watching movies today

Other than that, I hate my job and Barrie has long lost its charm.

8 months, 2 weeks and counting until I move to Toronto!!!

The cord for my laptop is broken and I'm running out of battery power. I have to go buy a new one tomorrow. I am not happy.

I'm giong to try to have a good day today. Think positively in spite of all negativity. I've asked other friends of mine who are far away if they want to be penpals and I now I have five more penpals. Writing letters has become quite therapuetic.

Love would be greatly appreaciated. I need some emotion support right now. Feeling very down.

Otherwise, not much else. I went to Wonderland last week with my family. Got my picture taken with Scooby Doo! LOL! AND - went on the Behemoth! That's right! I went there!!! LOL! IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! I'm now officially a ride warrior LMAO!!!

Was pissed off that they didn't play Avatar last night on YTV. Really happy that there was more hot boys kissing on Torchwood! LOL!

Bought myself a copy of Watchmen. Gonna read it as soon as I'm done Pride & Prejudice for my class.

Other than that boring, boring life. Need more excitement, lol!

So I got addresses from a few people and I'm going to send out those letters as soon as I can. I wanted to find some nice paper to right on other than notebook paper, but I guess not. Lol. I'll be sending them out soon. So for those of you who gave me your addresses, be expecting something soon YAY LETTERS!!!

Other than that, I'm currently watching RENT while writing this, finished my first essay for one of my online classes (that's exciting, lol!), and I've decided that somehow, someway, I'm moving to Toronto next spring. It's giving me a bit of a panic attack but I need change and I want to closer to goings-on and people that could be new friends D I don't quite know how I'll do it, but any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. HINTHINTNUDGENUDGE LOL
