i am having the worst case of dizzy spells 
theyve been coming at random intervals since sunday night.
they were so bad sunday that whenever i turned over in my sleep i thought i wanna going to puke from the dizziness.
it feels as if someone is tickling my brain and twisting all the nerves up there.
had to cancel my bodypaint shoot today because of it
i just want to be better.
