Long time no update..
Still doing stuff to the house, (slowly), looks like I'll be moving from my current company to a new one after they took over our NHS contract... Still. same money, and decent package so can't complain, and I get to stay in Leeds.
Not much else, went to Amsterdam for my birthday, which was nice.. No weed at all either.. *shrug*
Edinburg was nice as well

Cat's off at a work's christmast do.. so heaven know's what time she'll be back tonight then, if at all...
Looks like we are moving into a phase of "generating-work" at the office. It's a slump in deployments between here and March? April? So that means that we've got to justify our existance between then and now.
Not to fear however, there is going to be a metric ass-load of stuff to do.
Also, we think we've found a house. It's very nice, so Cat and her Dad are off to look at it on Tuesday and then if that goes OK, then we'll put an offer in on Wednesday.
No Xbox 360. Boo. but off to Ben's tomorrow to play on his after work.. Ah

Looking for a house right now. Looking good for something in the right price range, and in the right area. Should have something sorted soon.

Work, work is looking a bit odd at the moment. We've hit an unexpected quiet spot, which is going to mean that lots of people are rolling off. I hope I can avoid that. However my team structure is changing, and how do I fit into this? I've been promoted how do I sustain the credibility I brokered at my previous level? I want to be an asset to the team, I want to stay in Leeds, and I want to be respected. The answers to those seemed much more clear a few short months ago.
Troubling times, am I making the right decision to buy a house now. When it's linked so closely with my position at work?
Ah well. Only time will tell, and I'll have to take whatever comes.
