I walked/semi jogged on the treadmill today for 90 minutes.
Tomorrow I will be so sore... lol but it's all good.

I have a week off work at the end of the month... trying to decide if I should go somewhere, or just hang out. hrm... none of my friends have time off coming up...so it'd be a solo vacation.. i need ideas or suggestions.

I have to work in 6 hours. bah. I've been on afternoons for the last 2 months...and so a night hawk. I'm gonna be beat tomorrow.
