Ive started up my writing again, aside from the erotica that I have posted in the appropriate groups here I made this little number up for a story ive been working off and on for a few years. If anyone cares or reads this that is. ***
She awoke with a start. She had been dreaming of home again and times long gone. Kaisa rose from the bed, barely making a sound so as not to disturb the sleeping shape next to her. The stones were cold under her bare feet, as was the rest of the room. The fire in the hearth had long ago burned out. Shivering slightly Kaisa picked up the silk robe on the floor where it had fallen and shivered again at the memories of what had happened. She often dreamed of times gone after nights like this. As she tied her robe she came to the window and looked out. The night sky was clear and the moon full. It seemed she could see everything on a night like this; the guards patrolling the courtyard below, the city walls off in the distance and the pale sparkling river snaking its way through the forest and plains beyond the walls.
"You know, you are beautiful in this light." A voice suddenly said behind her. Kaisa sighed and turned around, looking for the source of the voice. Her eyes barely stopped on the form on the bed, she knew he was still asleep and probably would be for some time, just like all the others. He was sitting in the corner, leaning against the wall in his dark robes. She just stared at him as he stood up and walked over to the bed. "Lowering your standards a bit aren't you?" She could hear a chuckle in his voice as he looked at the sleeping form. "He doesn't know yet does he? About you, your history," The face of the robe turned towards her, "About me?" He chuckled again.
"Please, leave me alone, please." Kaisa said softly. "Why won't you leave me alone?"
The man in the robes chuckled again, "What was it that the last one said? I am just a figment of your imagination?" He stood straighter and walked over to her, walking slowly around her. "Or the one I liked most," his voice getting softer as he leaned closer to her ear, "A recurring manifestation of a past guilt, abandonment maybe?" Kaisa sighed as his hand brushed her raven hair away from her face and came to rest on her shoulder.
"It's been ten years since it happened. By everything I found you are dead. Why won't you let me mourn in peace and move on?" She placed her hand on his and turned to face him, but he was gone. She could just hear a fading voice saying, "Are you so sure I am dead?"
Kaisa drew a ragged breath and wiped the tears that had silently started rolling down her cheeks. She stared out the window, how long she could not say, until she heard the form on the bed stir and ask where she was. "Come back to bed." She heard. She walked to the bed, deep down knowing it wasn't the voice she wanted to hear.

Update because kink told me to...
I have two riddles that I thought were pretty good.
What is stronger than God
More evil than the Devil
Poor people have it
Rich people need it
Folks who eat it die?
Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.
What is it?
Good luck.

I have moved, new house... yay...
Wonder if can restart my friendships here... all 3 of them... hmmm.

I have been, shall we say, inducted into a new position at work not unlike an arcane sanctum one would find in many a fantasy tale. This new position actually has its own separate building inside the main store, further lending it credence of being sacred and forbidden ground to the uninitiated. I would not have been surprised in the least if the walls miraculously converted to castle stone with torches lining the walls and symbols on the floor and all around when the door to the outside world was shut.
On Monday, my initiation day as it were, I was a mere chore boy, running small errands for the practicing masters who deigned to let me watch them at their craft. Today I progressed to something akin to a practicing apprentice, not to be left alone but watched over and guided in a time when even if I were to make a misstep the results would not be catastrophic because a master is always at my side, guiding me in the arcane ways. Tomorrow it seems I will step further, working the mysterious ways in a more dangerous time, side by side with a master almost as equals. It shall be glorious and dangerous together, I feel I will be tested to the edges of my abilities and learn to stretch beyond them or be lost to the madness of failure.
But for now I must rest, for while I survived the day it has taken a heavy toll, my weary shoulders and troubled mind must be allowed to rest before the rigors of tomorrow.

I remember a dream I had last night.
It had Quinne and Eliska in it... and I remember having laughs with them... thats it.
Just chilling... no sex or anything... whats wrong with me!
