I finally went vegan, go me! Had been lacto-ovo veggie and cutting back on what I own and buy that is animal-based for years, finally cut out all animal-based foods and am still continuing the weeding of animal products from my life as options come available!

Blah. It's one of those days.

Migraines are back.

Jonesy cat still isn't eating without medical prompting, and only a little at that.

I've missed 2 weeks now of my Bikram yoga classes due to all the things going on here.

But otherwise, things are slowly coming together. Met some folks, getting familiar with the area, emptying boxes.

Brand new (my first ever!) suspension rack hand-made by one of my friends in the local community was delivered last night!

Never took meds today after last post as I called the VA and have been waiting for my doctor to ring me back on a possible appointment or whether she wants me to just go into Triage (read: walk-in/emergency care). I didn't want to take pain meds, then be told I'd be taken as a walk-in and not have clear feeling of what's going on so I could tell them.

No call back. It's now cranked up just a notch below excruciating. I took meds a short bit ago after it got too late to even hope for a call. They've not kicked in yet.

So this is really just more bitching.

I so hate this.
