HELP????

I'd really like to train as a make up artist and hair extension professional, but I'm unsure where to start,
I've found lots of short courses I'm interested in but can anyone help me out with what qualifications I need to start my own beauty business?
Also, where are the best places to train in the UK? I live in the East Mids area.

I don't think you actually NEED any qualifications to start your own business.

I'd do one or two of the short courses and get some friends to do some modelling work for you to show stuff you've done. Or even stuff you've done on yourself?
Then it's heavy advertising I guess...
