It really says something when a Candy machine, M&Ms Snickers Musketers and the like, costs $1.50 and a bottle of Water costs $4.00. Both vending machines being right next to eachother.

Love Will Change the World

Love will change the world. That's what we were told in the 60's. Love will make you happy. Love one another. Love makes the world go round. All you need is Love. We've talked of Love non-stop for the last few decades, actually for the last few thousand years; where exactly has it gotten us. Are we one step closer to paradise? Hardly. Love hasn't stopped war, cured crime, or erased poverty; hasn't even come close. Look for any sign of improvement and I garantee you you'll see only the most cosmetic of changes. Window dressing, empty symbolism, thacherous falderal.

Things are getting better all the time, the lognics assure us. What about peace in the mid east? What about harmony in south africa? Sure, there's peace in the Mid East, inbetween bombings. And there's plenty of harmony in South Africa if you're wealthy enough to live behind electrified fences and locked gates. In reality things have turned to shit. Social and moral decay is like an out of control cancer that has taken charge. Cancer born of Love. If some people are actually stupid enough to believe things are improving, it's only because their poor brains are so benign by Love that they can no longer think strait.

Love. Sickly love. Brotherly love. Unconditional love. Cowerdly love. Geek love. A love that says relinquish judgement. A love that encourages acceptance, at the expense of discernment. It's no wonder people imagine things have changed for the better when infact all that's changed is their capasity to accept any amount of shit, unconditionally. So the verdict on Love is both bad and good. The bad news is that Love has turned the world into a sewer, the good news is people have learned to love the smell of shit

New post, another day.

So this is the start of my spring break from college and I've got to find some things to do. I have a few ideas but i'm not sure really what I'd like to do, as long as I don't end up just sitting around the house all week I've done that far too often.
I'm thinking about taking a driving trip out to the desert, maybe stop by the Manson Family Ranch, get a couple shots, maybe find some artifacts, maybe get kidnapped. All seem like good options to occupy a week.

Parties can be so solitary. I don't really drink that much so sitting around seeing these people in their drunk and strung out stupor is both awkward and slightly offsetting. But even when I do drink, I can't help but notice their half open eyes, staring off into oblivion while they try to explain some point here or introduce you to someone there. Ah... adulthood. But is this really what it takes to meet more people? I suppose it really isn't that bad, they aren't terrible or balligerant, just gone. Another clinical study in the case of Humanity's wayword condition.

How is it that life can feel like there is so much going on that it almost overwhelms and yet it feels as though nothig is actually happening. There may be so much occuring yet none of it holds any meaning, just mundane work that passes by and floods in. I've classes to do, a show to work, designs to draw up, 150 muscles to learn and identify with in just another day, hapkido to train, but I'm still bored with it all. It just doesn't quite satisfy. : /

Hmm... curiouser and curiouser. Apparantly someone has vouched for me and allowed me to re-activate my account for three months. I am very grateful, but very curious as to whom my thanks should go.

Well alright!!! My friends and myself are going to start a modling line. we are going to take photos and such in the classic pin-up styles. classy you know. That and various fetish styles hah. so it should be fun. We are getting our materials and ideas together. It should be such fun.

So.....ya. To-day was a bad day. The love of my life who started speaking with me again after close to a year of being apart broke up with me. Has left me like nothing. My car also died out on me and needed to be towed to a mechanic. I hope there is nothing too bad with it and I just feel very bad now. well just thought I would share I suppose. V.V

Yep so Halloween was fun. Joined up with some friends and created a whole haunted house. Scaring people is quite fun but I really enjoyed just doing the whole haunted house with my friends. Was able to scare some one away on my own. By just my make-up job. Mhmm. Hopefully I can get the pic up here. Well leave me a message at some point.
