Guess what.
After a night of doubting myself and my ability to use a DSLR, and after 2 hours on the phone with Nikon, the new body I recieved yesterday has a faulty autofocusing motor. So, once again, I am shipping it away. But this time straight to Nikon.
and here's the problem.
I may not have it back in time for the event on the 11th.
Pretty much, I'm hysterical. I have never been this angry, or lost this much money.
moral of the story: save up to buy a new body instead of purchasing used/refurbished bodies from a third party dealer. I'm about ready to give up. Fuck this. I'll just shoot film forever.

Sooo, who's coming to Ames for Suicide Pink Saturday?!
First HUGE SG night in our area. If you're from Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas--wherever! YOU BETTER BE THERE!
It's now 18+, so all of you underage muffins can attend!
azhben and I are heading up Saturday morning and staying for the enitre weekend. So far, I'm planning to shoot at least 7 sets from current suicidegirls, 1 hopeful, and a steamy-ass multi from Churtch and Godiva!
My lens may just steam up thinking about that one, haha.
On to not-so-awesome news!
As we know, the D70 I bought last week was dead, so I was given a refund and ordered a D50 kit. Well hey guess what. It got here yesterday!
and guess what else!
