Call me a hopeless romantic and Ill plead guilty as charged.

I had a thought recently about the phrase 'My place in the world'.

Many people seem to be looking for it; their 'place' in the world. And so I wondered; is this a geographical place? A professional one? A social niche?

I think I figured out what defines, for me at least, my 'place in the world'. It is, and forever will be, right beside the most amazing woman in the world (whom I have yet to meet, unfortunately). Wherever we are and whatever we're doing, my place will be at her side holding her hand, and only there will my soul will be at peace.
