Well, I'm single once again.
I can't say I'm entirely happy about it; I lost a lot in letting her go, but it was the right thing to do.
She'll see it soon enough. I hope.

I'm currently feeling very self-sufficient. I'm considering actually going ahead and getting my own place again soon (when some other accommodation changes roll through here).

And a few minutes ago I was even fantasising about taking myself on a holiday.

We'll see. I get all solitarily gung-ho sometimes and then, after a short while, I start craving the company of the amazing people I have around me.

I'm looking forward to having a lot more spare time from now on (not just because of the singledom thing) and I hope to use it to see a lot more of those I love (whom I've been neglecting something dreadful, of late).

Honesty is always best in such situations I think. Better now than later and all that jazz!!! She will appreciate you being upfront in the end.
