Passive aggressive behavior is for insecure people. If you are too scared to speak up for what you feel or believe, then you repress your feelings, and the result is passive aggressive behavior. Nothing is accomplished from this behavior, and most likely your true feelings are not even transferred to the receiver of this sarcasm. The best bet is to speak up in a true tone, with little to no sarcasm.
